Citing corporate claustrophobia, she’s long since broken free of the traditional working world to explore her true boundaries as a powerhouse young black entrepreneur. Armed with a Mass Communications degree from Bethune Cookman University and a Graduate degree from Nova Southeastern University, she’s taking on the world and exploring her life’s purpose.

After living in a number of states, she now calls Greensboro, North Carolina, home – and spends her days looking for the next venture, blogging, peopling, living her best life as a young, single black woman who knows what she wants and will never stop going after it.

Occasionally vegan, this Orlando, Florida native has a worldly taste in food, and is open to all kinds of experimentation in the kitchen. With an appetite for Korean and Soul Food, her down-home specialties include some good-ole creamy Mac and Cheesy, as well as some scrumptious banana bread.

A minimalist at heart, you’ll often find this fashionista styled in her classy, signature black and neutral tones, with a pop of bourgeoisie flair, here and there. This is backed by a near-obsession with makeup – from budget-friendly drug store favourites to the high-end luxury picks.

She’s motivated by dreams and goals and enjoys the high that comes from being inspired, which is a big part of the reason she’s started blogging. Passionate about people, the future, personal and professional development, she hopes to use this channel as a means to inspire and be inspired, all while connecting with people and encouraging others.

Spiritually-grounded, she’ll tell you that God is at the centre of her life, and she is sure to commune with him daily, through meditation, prayer, journaling and reading. She’s also a firm believer in the power of people, and is always in ardent pursuit of not only her own dreams and goals, but also cheering on her friends in pursuit of theirs.

Now, in addition to sharing her daily life and experiences through blogging, she’s also in the process of working on her very first book.
